Federal Budget Observer is a Washington D.C. based product used for budget estimations and management. The client required Admoves to build a flash startup screen for their product, followed by an easy navigation menu layout.

Our creative team created an eye catching 30 second startup screen, that merged into the login screen with information that allowed even first time users easy navigation options. We had to keep in mind that the average users of this software would be middle aged civil servants and accounting consultants, and work towards a simple business-like feel.
